The UnknownConfusion

I no longer know whether I need a new life or just enough rest to read the current one properly

Dear Delyara, That uncertainty is expensive. Because every feeling becomes a question mark. Every sadness becomes interpretation work. Every irritation might be a clue, or a symptom, or a hormone, or grief, or burnout, or wisdom, or old pain wearing new clothes. I am tired of needing so much internal analysis before I trust my own reactions enough to move. There are days when I think the structure is wrong. Others when I think the structure is simply being filtered through an exhausted body that cannot receive anything clearly right now. The worst part is not knowing how to tell the difference in time to make decent decisions. That kind of confusion wears a person down. It certainly wears me down.
