The UnknownConfusion

I no longer know whether what I feel is warning, damage, intuition, or exhaustion

Dear Delyara, Everything now feels layered. A bad feeling at work. Distance in the marriage. Fatigue in the body. Restlessness about the future. Resentment around family life. Fear around money. I can’t always tell which part of the feeling belongs to what. Is this accurate instinct or accumulated hurt? A sign to move or a sign to rest? A truth about the structure of my life or simply a nervous system running beyond its designed limit for too long? I miss clarity. Not perfection. Not certainty forever. Just enough clean internal signal that I don’t spend so much of my life interpreting myself before I can act. This confusion is expensive. It slows everything.
