The UnknownConfusion

I no longer know which feelings are signs and which are just exhaustion speaking loudly

Dear Delyara, A bad feeling about work. Distance in the marriage. An urgent need for quiet. A low mood that doesn’t lift properly. A sense that something structural in my life is wrong. I feel all these things, and then immediately doubt them. Is this intuition? Burnout? Hormones? Grief? Trauma? Ordinary tiredness? A real sign? A passing state? Do I need change or sleep? Distance or tenderness? Action or patience? I miss being able to feel something clearly enough to move from it without running it through six other interpretations first. That confusion is more tiring than most people would guess.
