The UnknownConfusion

I no longer know which part of me is intuition and ....

Dear Delyara, I used to trust myself more. Now everything feels layered. A discomfort in the marriage — is it a real signal or am I tired? A bad feeling about work — is it wisdom or burnout? A sense I need change — is that truth or panic? A strong urge to pull away from someone — discernment or old trauma wearing insight’s clothes? That confusion exhausts me. Because it slows every decision down. It makes me second-guess what I feel before I’ve even had a chance to honour it properly. It leaves me living in a half-state where I am always interpreting myself instead of simply being myself and moving from there. I want clarity. Not perfect certainty. Just enough inner steadiness to know when something is truly wrong and when my nervous system is only telling an old story with a new face.
