The UnknownConfusion

I no longer trust my inner interpretations as quickly as I used to

Dear Delyara, Everything now feels layered. A bad feeling about work. A sadness in the marriage. A strong need for distance from someone. A sudden urgency to change something in my life. A fatigue that feels physical and existential at the same time. I can’t always tell what belongs to what. Is this intuition or burnout? A real sign or an exhausted nervous system misreading normal pressure? A truth I need to act on or a mood that will pass if I sleep properly for two nights in a row? I miss clarity. Not certainty forever. Just enough clean signal that I don’t have to interrogate every feeling before allowing it to matter. The self-doubt inside that confusion is expensive. It slows everything in me.
