I no longer trust my own decisions the way I used to
Dear Delyara, I used to be clearer. Or maybe I was just younger and less aware of consequences. Either way, decisions now feel thick. Stay or leave. Speak or wait. Spend or save. Push or rest. Trust or pull back. So often I feel trapped not by circumstance itself, but by the fog of not knowing whether I am reading my own life properly anymore. That confusion is exhausting. Because when you stop trusting your own judgment, everything takes longer. Every conversation, every choice, every possibility turns into a corridor of overthinking. I can spend half a day inside one decision and still go to bed unsure whether I chose wisely or simply chose the least frightening option. I miss the version of myself who moved with more certainty. Even when she was wrong, she was alive in a way I recognise less often now.
