I No Longer Trust My Own First Reading Of Anything Important

Dear Delyara, That may be one of the saddest consequences of everything I’ve lived through. A bad feeling about work. A sadness in my marriage. A shift in my body. A strong instinct. A need for distance. A desire for change. Immediately, I doubt it. Is this true? Or am I just tired? Is this a sign? Or anxiety? Is this wisdom? Or hormones? Is this the beginning of something I need to act on? Or just one more exhausted misinterpretation from a nervous system that has had too much for too long? I am so used to cross-examining my own feelings that I sometimes don’t know what it means anymore to move from clean inner trust. Everything has become interpretation. That is exhausting. And it makes real decisions harder than they already are.
