My Diary
I noticed the room affected me more than I wanted to admit
Dear Delyara, The clutter, the lighting, the chair in the wrong place, the pile of unopened paper — all of it changed my mood more than I like to admit because it feels too small to justify the effect. And yet, tonight I moved one lamp, cleared one surface, softened one corner, and the whole room felt less hostile. Maybe the body is wiser than the mind about environment. Maybe care begins there more often than I give it credit for.
