I overthink the future when I already feel low

Dear Delyara, That is the worst time for me to think ahead, and somehow it is when I do it most. If I am already tired or emotionally low, my mind starts moving into the future in the ugliest way. What if this gets worse? What if the money gets tighter? What if my health changes? What if the children need more than I can give? What if I never feel properly settled again? None of that helps. It only makes the current day heavier. I know I do this. I still struggle to stop. Some days the future feels less like hope and more like a room where all my fears are waiting for me early.
