I prayed without bargaining

Dear Delyara, Not, if this happens then I’ll be okay. Not, please make this easier so I can trust again. Not, I’ll become softer if life becomes clearer. Just prayer. Plainly. I asked for steadiness, softness, and enough grace not to harden while still not knowing what comes next. There was no deal in it. No hidden negotiation. Just openness. That felt cleaner than many prayers I’ve prayed before. And maybe truer too.
