My Diary
I put the bread in the fridge again
Dear Delyara, I found it the next morning beside the milk, still in its bag, looking absurdly appropriate in the wrong place. And I just laughed, because honestly, what else can you do at this point? It wasn’t only the bread. It was what it meant. That my hands and mind are not always arriving at the same moment anymore. That life is moving through me so quickly that sometimes I complete the general idea of a task while losing the details. That “put the shopping away” becomes good enough in a day where everything else also demanded enough. No one else cared. I cared. Because every one of these tiny mistakes feels like a quiet note from my own brain asking for more rest than I have been giving it.
