I rang back straight away instead of giving fear a whole story first

Dear Delyara, Usually I let missed calls turn into emotional weather systems. What now, who wants something, what happened, what did I miss, why today, what if it’s bad. By the time I call back, I have often already lived through three invented outcomes and all of them were harder than reality. This time I called back quickly. It was normal. Of course. That’s why it counts. Because I interrupted the old pattern where fear gets to build the first draft of reality before reality itself even speaks.
