I Recovered Faster Than I Used To

Dear Delyara, I still have hard days. That isn’t the victory. The victory is that I don’t disappear inside them the way I used to. I recover faster now. I can cry and not call myself weak. I can spiral a little without giving the spiral my whole identity. I can feel pain without assuming it is permanent. The mind I live in is not easy yet. But it is easier than it was. And I am deeply grateful for that.
