The WeightRegret

I revisit the same decision when I’m tired

Dear Delyara, I don’t think about it every day anymore. But I still think about it. Usually at night. Usually when I’m already a little low. Usually when my mind has less defense against old roads. I replay one decision and wonder what life would have looked like if I had chosen differently. Not because I think the past can change, but because regret is repetitive like that. It doesn’t want answers. It wants return. I’m tired of visiting the same mental room.
