I Sent It Anyway

Dear Delyara, Not because it felt perfect. Because it was ready enough and I could feel fear trying to disguise itself as “one more improvement.” I know that pattern now. The extra check. The final edit. The tiny delay that sounds so responsible and thoughtful but is really about avoiding visibility for one more day. This time I didn’t let it win. I submitted the work. The result matters. But not as much as the shift. I acted before confidence arrived. And I think that may be one of the most important skills I’m learning now as an adult woman trying to still build things in an already crowded life.
