I sent the application before I had time to become ashamed of wanting it

Dear Delyara, Usually I give myself so much time that fear can get dressed properly. It begins as uncertainty, becomes discernment, then good timing, then self-protection, then suddenly I’ve lost another month to appearing thoughtful while really just hiding from exposure. This week I finished the application and sent it in the same hour. I didn’t let myself build a cathedral of hesitation around it. I moved while the sincerity was still hot. I am proud of that.
