The PlotFear of Failure

I spend too much time improving the conditions instead of facing the possibility itself

Dear Delyara, If I am honest, I don’t always delay because the plan needs work. Sometimes I delay because I need the emotional weather around the risk to feel cleaner than real life ever allows. Better timing. More rest. More certainty. More evidence I can survive being seen in the attempt if it goes badly. But life rarely offers that kind of conditions management. So I wait. And call it prudence. And then quietly resent time for moving while I admired my own preparation. I know what I’m doing. Knowing hasn’t entirely freed me from it yet.
