I spoke before my confidence fully arrived

Dear Delyara, That matters because I usually wait for the feeling. This week I didn’t. I spoke while still a little exposed, still a little unsure, still not entirely backed by the polished certainty I usually want before I act. And nothing collapsed. That is a useful lesson for me, because fear in my life often hides inside timing. I call it prudence when really I’m waiting for emotional invulnerability. This week, I stopped waiting.
