I Started Looking at the Whole Picture

Dear Delyara, My money victory wasn’t income. It was honesty. I finally looked at everything. Not just the bills I wanted to face. All of it. It was uncomfortable. More emotional than I expected. But there is a certain kind of power in seeing clearly, even before things improve. I don’t think I realized how much vagueness had become one of my coping mechanisms. Clear is scary. Clear is also useful.
