I stayed calm long enough to make a real decision

Dear Delyara, That’s the money victory I’m proud of this week. Not that the situation became perfect. That I stayed calm long enough to think instead of immediately spiraling. I looked at what was actually true, not what fear was yelling. I waited just long enough for clarity to enter before making the next move. That changed everything. I think for a long time money has owned too much of my nervous system. This week it owned a little less. That feels significant.
