I stayed long enough with the numbers for thought to arrive before panic

Dear Delyara, That is what I want to honor. Not perfection. Not complete calm. Just enough steadiness that fear did not get the first and only word. I looked. Stayed. Thought. Planned. That sequence matters. For a long time, money went straight from number to nervous system. This week, there was a little more room in between. That room gave me dignity back. It gave me thought back. I think that counts as real financial progress. Even if nothing looks especially dramatic from the outside.
