I stayed practical longer than I stayed ashamed

Dear Delyara, That’s a big change in me. Shame still tries to arrive first around money. But this week practicality held the room longer. I looked, thought, adjusted, and made one real decision before turning myself into a moral story about the numbers. That matters more than I can explain well. Because when practicality arrives before shame, I get my dignity back. And with dignity, I can think. With thinking, I can move. And movement feels so different from panic. This week, I had more movement than panic. I want to remember that.
