I stayed with the numbers long enough to think clearly

Dear Delyara, That may be a larger financial victory than it sounds. I opened what needed opening and stayed. I didn’t flinch away immediately. I didn’t rush into self-criticism or panic so fast that thinking became impossible. I stayed with the information long enough to let clarity enter before shame did. That has not always been possible for me. I think some financial healing is not only about income. It’s about the nervous system learning not to collapse in the presence of reality. I felt that shift this week.
