I stayed with the work even while my mind felt crowded

Dear Delyara, It wasn’t a brilliant week. It was a faithful one. My mind felt crowded, the emotional weather was not ideal, and still I returned to the work enough to keep it moving. I used to underestimate that kind of effort because it doesn’t feel glamorous. But really, it is one of the strongest forms of effort I know — staying under imperfect internal conditions. That staying has built so much for me. This week reminded me to respect it properly.
