I stayed with the work through private noise

Dear Delyara, This week I was reminded that some of my proudest effort happens in conditions no one else sees. I kept working through emotional noise — tiredness, distraction, inner heaviness, the kind of private weather that doesn’t look dramatic enough to excuse anything and still makes everything harder. And I stayed. I think I used to admire only the polished result. Now I admire the staying more honestly. There is so much dignity in effort that happens under imperfect internal conditions.
