Dear Delyara, That’s how I know the body remembers things the mind would rather keep theoretical. There are spaces where I can feel my size change internally. Less free, more observant, more obedient to atmosphere, less spontaneous. It happens before reason. That’s what makes it so hard to explain in real time. From the outside, it probably looks like nothing. Inside, it feels like departure. I wish more people understood that trauma is sometimes that quiet.
