I Stopped Avoiding My Money App

Dear Delyara, I used to avoid checking my money because I thought not-looking protected me. It didn’t. It just spread the stress out across more of the day. Recently I’ve started looking directly. Not obsessively, not cruelly, just clearly. That simple act — looking — has changed the relationship. I feel less hunted by uncertainty now that I meet it before it chases me.
