I stopped before the body had to force me

Dear Delyara, That is a real win for me. So much of my history with the body has involved waiting too long — until fatigue becomes sharp, until the mood turns, until the nervous system gets rough, until stopping is no longer a choice but a consequence. This week I stopped earlier. Not because I became saintly. Because I finally believed the earlier sign. That is the kind of health I want to build: not dramatic recovery, earlier listening. And this week, I moved one step closer.
