The PlotGoals

I think my daily life consumes the exact energy required to build anything beyond maintenance

Dear Delyara, I am not short on ideas. I am short on usable surplus after work, children, domestic admin, money fear, emotional management, and simple bodily recovery have all taken their portion. By evening, the part of me that wants a bigger life is often still there, but tired enough to become theoretical. Then the shame arrives. Why aren’t you doing more? Why are you still here? Why do you keep postponing what you say you want? I’m trying to become kinder to myself without becoming dishonest. The truth is, some lives are structured in ways that quietly eat the energy transformation would require. That is not an excuse. It is a fact. And facts deserve to be named before they can ever be altered.
