I Threw Up in the Office Toilet from Sheer Exhaustion
Dear Delyara, I threw up in the office toilet from sheer exhaustion tonight. It wasn't because I was sick, and it wasn't something I ate; my body just hit an absolute wall at 3:00 AM and started rejecting the pressure. I was sitting at the desk, trying to align the financial ledgers for our property investments, when a sudden wave of intense dizziness hit me. My heart started racing so fast it felt like it was hammering against my ribs, and the room began to tilt. I barely made it to the cubicle before my stomach convulsed. I lay there on the cold lino floor for ten minutes afterward, my forehead pressed against the damp porcelain, listening to the industrial pipes groan. I am running on three hours of broken sleep a day, forcing my brain to manage complex asset strategies while my physical body is literally screaming at me to stop before I break something that can’t be fixed.
