I took the warning seriously while it was still quiet

Dear Delyara, That is one of the forms of care I’m trying to build into my life now. Not later care. Earlier care. I listened to the signal before it had to become pain, collapse, or undeniable dysfunction. I adjusted before the body had to demand it in louder terms. That feels wiser than waiting until I have no respectable choice left. I want to stop living as if my body’s first language should always be patience. This week, I listened a little sooner.
