I treated care like something normal instead of something earned

Dear Delyara, This week I tried something different. I treated care as normal. Food before exhaustion became irritability. Rest before collapse. A softer evening before resentment. The easier option without demanding moral proof that I had suffered enough to deserve it first. That sounds basic. To me, it felt like a genuine shift. I have spent too much of life acting as though comfort must be justified. I don’t want to keep living like that.
