I treated the first sign like a sign, not an inconvenience
Dear Delyara, The first sign came quietly — lower patience, a thinner emotional surface, a body asking for less sound and less pressure. In the past I might have dismissed it, pushed through, made myself wait until the signal became dramatic enough to deserve care. This week I didn’t. I listened earlier. And that changed everything that came after. I’m learning that health is not only about recovery. It is about respecting whisper-language before it turns into alarms.
