I trust hard moods less now

Dear Delyara, That may be one of the biggest changes in me. Not because hard moods disappeared. Because they no longer get automatic authority. I still have difficult days, sharp days, overwhelmed days, days where the world feels too close and my own thoughts feel louder than they should. But I trust those states less as truth and more as weather. Important weather, yes. But weather. That distance has made me safer to live with from the inside. I want to remember that. Especially on the harder days.
