I trust hard moods less than I used to trust them
Dear Delyara, That is still one of the biggest mercies in me. The moods come. The difficult ones. The sharp, crowded, too-close, emotionally expensive ones. But they do not automatically become truth anymore. That space — between feeling and belief, between weather and identity — has made me safer to live inside. And I want to keep honoring that, because I know how hard-won it has been. Tonight, it feels like enough to say: I trust my hard moods less. And I trust myself more.
