I trusted my own judgment at work

I’m used to second-guessing myself professionally — overthinking how I sound, whether I’ve said too much, whether I’m allowed to hold a firm opinion without softening it in advance. This week I made a decision and trusted it. I explained it clearly, without excess apology or defensive over-clarity. The outcome mattered, yes. But the deeper change was internal.
