I trusted the larger self more quickly than the hard mood

Dear Delyara, That’s the sentence I want to keep. I trusted the larger self. The one that knows moods are weather, not identity. The one that has outlived this feeling before. The one that doesn’t need to make the whole day answer to one bad hour. That trust didn’t erase the mood. It changed my relationship to it. And that relationship is what has changed my life most deeply.
