I used less apology and more clarity

Dear Delyara, That may be one of the clearest professional shifts in me lately. I did not soften everything first. I did not apologize before speaking. I did not over-explain a decision into near-invisibility. I let clarity do more of the work. That felt adult in a deeper way than I expected. Not louder. Not colder. Just less immediately self-erasing. I think a lot of my growth at work right now is not about becoming someone else. It’s about taking back space I’ve given away too quickly for years.
