My Diary
I wanted less language around me
Dear Delyara, By evening I felt language-tired. Texts, conversation, emails, explanations, reactions, internal narration — all of it. Even kind words started to feel like too much contact. I wanted sound without meaning, maybe. Rain. A fan. The kettle. Anything that existed without asking me to interpret or answer. I think there are forms of exhaustion that are less about tasks and more about overexposure to words. Tonight my mind needed fewer of them.
