My Diary
I wanted one hour where nothing needed improving
Dear Delyara, No room improvement. No mood improvement. No productivity improvement. No self-improvement. Just one hour where nothing had to get better. I’m realizing how tired I am of the constant subtle pressure to optimize everything — my schedule, my feelings, my routines, my body, my responses, my healing. It makes even rest feel conditional. Tonight I wanted no conditions. I got close enough by doing very little on purpose. It felt cleaner than effort.
