My Diary
I wanted one hour where nothing needed improving
Dear Delyara, No cleaning. No catching up. No emotional work. No self-improvement. No better routine. No fixing my mood into something more appealing. Just one hour where life was allowed to remain imperfect and I was allowed to remain inside it without turning that into a task. I got close to that tonight. I sat under a blanket, ignored a few small things on purpose, and let the room be enough. It felt almost rebellious. And very peaceful.
