My Diary
I wanted one part of the day not to be measured
Dear Delyara, Everything felt measured today. Time, money, tone, output, attention, patience, energy, how I sounded, how much I replied, whether I was doing enough with the day I had. By evening, I was tired of being quantified from the inside. I wanted one hour where nothing needed scoring. No progress. No proof. No emotional growth hidden inside the moment. Just an hour that existed without evaluation. I got close to that tonight. And I realized how rarely I allow it.
