My Diary
I wanted someone else to remember the dentist money
Dear Delyara, Not even pay it. Just remember it first. That’s what I am tired of — being the one who holds so many invisible countdowns in my head. Dentist money, school photos, birthday present, low milk, nearing payday, one bill due, one form due, one item running low, one conversation I must not forget. There are days when I feel less like a woman and more like a list with arms. And because I carry it quietly, it all looks so ordinary from the outside. That may be the loneliest part of domestic responsibility. How invisible it remains while shaping everything.
