I wanted someone to notice without me asking

Dear Delyara, Today I wanted someone to notice I was struggling without me having to explain it properly. Not because I wanted attention. Because I was too tired to translate. I think that’s what people don’t understand — sometimes the hardest part of being overwhelmed is not the feeling itself. It’s having to package it into words that sound reasonable enough for other people to take seriously. So I said I was fine. And no one looked deeper. And that felt exactly as lonely as it sounds.
