My Diary
I wanted the evening not to ask for improvement
Dear Delyara, No self-care project. No “better routine.” No healing task. No meaningful productivity. No emotional growth assignment hidden inside the night. I wanted one evening where existence was enough without requiring enhancement. I think I’m tired of living in a culture where even rest can become optimized and judged. Some nights I don’t want to become better. I want to become quieter. That’s what I tried to do tonight. It felt both lazy and necessary. Which probably means it was exactly right.
