My Diary
I wanted the evening to stop touching me
Dear Delyara, Tonight I felt like even after the day ended, it kept putting its hands on me. Messages. Thoughts. Leftover tone. Things I forgot. Things I should have said better. I wanted one clean hour where the day no longer had access to me. I didn’t fully get that. But I found ten quiet minutes, and they mattered more than they should have.
