I wanted to be emotionally invisible for a day

Dear Delyara, Not ignored in a cruel way. Just untouched. No one reading my mood. No one asking if I’m okay. No one needing my warmth. No one placing their atmosphere near mine. No one noticing the difference in me and turning it into a conversation before I’m ready. I think there are days when even gentle attention feels like pressure if your internal world is already too full. Today I wanted one day of emotional privacy while still being allowed to move through the world. That feels like a difficult thing to ask for out loud.
