My Diary
I wanted to hear “leave it for tomorrow” and believe it
Dear Delyara, That sentence lives in such a complicated place for me. Because even when I say it to myself, part of me doesn’t trust it. It still feels like failure, avoidance, weakness, poor discipline, or some other harsher interpretation waiting nearby. So even when I leave things for tomorrow, I don’t always receive the relief properly. Tonight I wanted not only permission to stop. I wanted faith in the permission. That is a harder thing to build than I expected.
