My Diary

I wanted to hear less noise and fewer meanings

Dear Delyara, Today everything felt too meaningful. A comment. A delay. A tone. A look. A message with not enough warmth in it. A room slightly off in atmosphere. I think when I’m already tired, the world becomes too semantically rich. Everything starts carrying more emotional information than I want to hold. By evening I wasn’t just tired of noise — I was tired of meanings. So I turned things down. No background anything. No extra words. Just room, air, and a body trying to come back to neutral. It helped more than I expected.
