My Diary
I wanted to stop sounding organized
Dear Delyara, I’m very good at making my emotional life sound more structured than it feels. It comes out in clean sentences. Reasonable ones. Adult ones. Polished enough to pass. But inside, the feeling is often much less arranged — more weather than conclusion, more mixture than message. Tonight I wanted to stop packaging myself so efficiently. This letter is my attempt.
